1. Find your nearest station

Our Network Map provides comprehensive details on the availability of Metro stations across Hyderabad. You can select the station closest to your location as well as the one nearest to your destination.

Station Structure:


  • Street Level: Located at road level with designated parking spaces (where available). Use escalators, staircases, or elevators to access the concourse level.

  • Concourse Level: Ticketing and security checks are conducted here.

  • Platform Level: Trains arrive and depart from here.

2. Buy Tickets

You can purchase tickets either offline or online based on your preference.

3. Enter the Station

After purchasing your ticket, complete the security check and scan your baggage before tapping your ticket at the Automatic Entry Gates to enter the paid area.

Important Notes:


  • Adhere to security guidelines for a safe journey.

  • Baggage scanners, DFMDs (Door Frame Metal Detectors), and HHMDs (Handheld Metal Detectors) are safe for food items, pacemaker users, heart patients, and pregnant women.

4. Reach the Platform

Once inside the paid area, ensure you navigate to the correct platform using signages and color-coded indicators for guidance.
 

5. Board the Train

Follow these safety guidelines while boarding:


  • Stay behind the Yellow Line.

  • Form a queue.

  • Allow passengers to exit the train before entering.

  • Mind the gap between the platform and train doors.

  • Do not obstruct train doors.

6. Train Journey

Hyderabad Metro trains are equipped with:


  • Audio and visual announcements indicating approaching stations.

  • Network maps for tracking your destination.

Seating Details:


  • 6 seats reserved for differently abled passengers (3 each in the first and last coaches).

  • 14 seats reserved for senior citizens (middle coach).

7. Exit the Station

Prepare to exit the train one station before your destination. Use the escalators, staircases, or elevators to reach the concourse level, then tap your ticket at the Automatic Exit Gate

As a thoughtful gesture, offer your seat to passengers in need, such as elderly individuals, pregnant women, or parents with infants
